The Restaurant is operated by on-hand chef and owner, Mr. Stan Stanchan who personally showed to Cebu Food Crawlers how to eat Shrimp in the right way. We were amazed how humble he is and he even ate them barehanded. The good thing about Choobi Choobi is the grow shrimps - the reason why they got the freshest shrimps and the dishes are fresh and delicious!
