First Day: Bangkok Area

📍 Wat Benchamabophit Dusitwanaram (The Marble Temple)

Went there via Grab Car ( I did not review their BTS option at that time)

📌 You should try COCONUT COFFEE ( 60 Baht - 98-100 Peso) at their Coffee Stall (Near the Toilet)
📌 WHAT TO EXPECT?
Wat Benchamabophit Dusitvanaram is a Buddhist temple in the Dusit District of Bangkok, Thailand. Also known as the marble temple, it is one of Bangkok's best-known temples and a major tourist attraction. It typifies Bangkok's ornate style of high gables, stepped-out roofs, and elaborate finials (Wikipedia)

Golden Mount Temple (Wat Saket) + Lunch in China Town
📌 Went there via Grab Car
📌 NO Entrance Fee around the Temple but going up has.
📌 WHAT TO EXPECT? Wat Saket Ratcha Wora Maha Wihan in Pom Prap Sattru Phai district, Bangkok, Thailand. The temple dates back to the Ayutthaya era when it was known as Wat Sakae (วัดสะแก). (Wikipedia)
📍 Lunch was in Hua Seng Hong Restaurant
📌 It's a go-to Chinese Restaurant in BKK so a lot of Tourists and Locals are queuing, so better come early before lunch or dinner time.
📌 We had Roasted duck, Fried Hongkong Noodles, and Shark soup. Pair your meal with their Iced Tea or a cold Singha Beer.





📍 Afternoon stroll at Benchasiri Park
📌 Went there via Train and walked a number of meter to the Park
📌 NO Entrance Fee
📌 WHAT TO EXPECT? It's a city Park located on Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei District, Bangkok, Thailand. Built around an ornamental lake, it contains 12 pieces of contemporary sculpture by Thai artists and is often used for open-air events. The Park serves to commemorate the fifth cycle (sixtieth) birthday anniversary of Queen Sirikit on 12 August 1992. (wikipedia)
📌 It has swimming pool, sports area, playground, stores for snacks and drinks and open space just to relax and chill.






📍 Coffee Break in London, Thailand! It’s an Instagrammable #Starbucks branch in Camp Davis, BKK
📌 Walked there for 15 mins (1.9Km) from Benchasiri Park
📌 NO Entrance Fee
📌 WHAT TO EXPECT? Same Starbucks coffee but the Facade looks like those huge buildings in London or UK.
📌 You can have an afternoon chill or coffee break after a long day of walk as a Tourist





Dinner and Night Stroll

We had a street dinner at the famous street shop of Phetchaburi Soi 5 which is a walk away from our Hostel and going back home, we had a night stroll in beautiful Bangkok!








Second Day: Bangkok Area



📍 Rolling Roasters (288 Phran Nok Phutthamonthon Sai 4 Rd, Bang Phrom, Taling Chan, Bangkok 10170, Thailand)

📌 WHAT TO EXPECT? One of a kind Coffee experience as Rolling Roasters is proud of its variety of Drink Menus and some Cakes and Pastries. Rolling Roasters stand on an area of 3,200 square meters in which Coffee Beans from all over the World are gathered and roasted inside the plant - such as ROSE VALLEY, LITCHILAN, HOUSE BLEND, and DARK BLEND
📌 WHAT I ORDERED? I got their signature drink called Yuzano for 180 Baht and their coconut cake for 190 Baht.

Natura Cafe (9, 3 หมู่ 6 ถนน จอมทอง Chom Thong, Bangkok 10150, Thailand)
📌 We went there via Grab from Rolling Roasters (It's quite far, so Grab is the best choice of transpo)

📌 WHAT TO EXPECT? It's a Cafe in BKK famous for their Garden themed Restaurant. Natura Cafe is a garden cafe located in the last litchi garden of Bangkok City at 'Poomjai Garden'. You should visit Natura Cafe as they offer contemporary Thai Cuisine with modern twists. If you want to choose a dining experience in the Cafe, I bet you choose the riverside for a nice view but a garden ambiance is also okay for green scenes.
📌 WHAT I ORDERED? I ordered their Mango sticky rice for 170 Baht, Ht wok pad Thai for 140, gourd, pickled lime soup for 200, litchi juice for 125, and water for 20 Baht.

📍 ICONSIAM Mall ( 299 Charoen Nakhon Rd, Khlong Ton Sai, Khlong San, Bangkok 10600, Thailand)
📌 We went there via Grab from Natura Cafe (It's quite far, so Grab is the best choice of transpo)
📌 WHAT TO EXPECT? I felt like the mall is like Marina Bay of Bangkok. Luxury and Big Brands are available inside the mall. It is one of the largest shopping malls in Asia, which opened to the public on 9 November 2018, as well as hotels and residences. It has 10 Floors (including underground)
📌 We had a quick drinks and rest at their Paul Le Cafe ( inside True shop, 3rd floor)

📍 Asiatique The Riverfront - Disneyland of Thailand

📌 We went there via Blue Boat from IconSiam Pier (30 Baht - you can purchase there in their Pier's table/booth)
📌 WHAT TO EXPECT? Asiatique: The Riverfront is a large open-air mall in Bangkok, Thailand. It occupies the former docks of the East Asiatic Company, and faces the Chao Phraya River and Charoen Krung Road. The complex opened in 2012 after an extensive renovation of the site. (wikipedia)
📌 We had a quick stroll and snacks inside Asiatique.


📍 King Power Mahanakhon - MAHANAKHON SKYWALK
OBSERVATORY

📌 WHAT TO EXPECT? Thailand’s highest observation deck at 314 meters offers 360 degree panoramic views from an indoor and outdoor viewing area, and is a must-see attraction to add to your Bangkok bucket list. (Official website)
📌 Features : Glass Tray Experience, Outdoor 360-degree Observation Deck, Bar with Cocktails, Mocktails and other beverages and they have DJs, for upbeat music . They have snacks, and other food too!
📌 I had one round of drink (Inclusion of the 880 Baht Entrance Fee) and just chill at the top while savouring the beauty of the night sky of Bangkok

Third-Day: Bangkok To Pattaya

📍 🚌🚌🚌 Bangkok To Pattaya Bus Transpo
📌 This day was dedicated to our Travel from Bangkok to Pattaya
📌 We booked our BUS Ticket via 12Go (https://12go.asia/en). It's worth 164 Baht per person.
📌 We took a BTS (Bangkok Train System) + Grab to Mochit Bangkok Northern Bus Station
📌 Inside Bangkok Bus Terminal (Chatuchak), go inside and exchange your QR Code from your online booking to the booth going to Pattaya
📌INSIDE THE BUS STATION: While waiting for your BUS, you can enjoy the snacks, good and drinks available inside the Bus Station. There's KFC, 7/11, Local Restaurants offering Thai Noodles and dishes and etc.

📍 💧💧💧 Water Festival in Walking Street, Pattaya
📌 From Pattaya North Bus Station, we took a Grab going to our Hostel.
📌 After checking in, we head to the Beach front for a quick stroll and finally, experience the famous Water Festival in the Tourist district of Pattaya, the Walking Street.
📌 We did not buy a water gun because it was part of the package for our stay in our Bangkok Hostel.
📌 REMEMBER: During Songkran weekend, make sure to buy a plastic bag (worth 100 Baht) for Money and Smartphone protection.
📌 WHAT TO EXPECT? Walking Street is an entertainment and red-light district in the city of Pattaya, Thailand. The street is a tourist attraction that draws foreigners and Thai nationals, primarily for its nightlife (Wikipedia)
📌 WALKING STREET! A number of Restaurants, Stores, and Booths are available which offer Seafood, Street Food, Drinks and Beverages, Ice Cream, etc.
📍 🥤🥤🥤 Booze Night in Baywalk
📌We had a bucket of drinks in Nineteen Cocktail. They offer different kinds of cocktails and mocktails but when I recommend trying their signature Nineteen Cocktail.

















Fourth Day: Pattaya Area

📍 🛕🛕🛕 Morning Stroll at the Sanctuary of Truth Museum.

📌 From our hostel, we took a Grab going to this destination
📌 It has an entrance fee worth 500 Baht per adult and 250 Baht per child.
📌 WHAT TO EXPECT? The Sanctuary of Truth is an unfinished museum in Pattaya, Thailand designed by Thai businessman Lek Viriyaphan. The museum structure is a hybrid of a temple and a castle that is themed on the Ayutthaya Kingdom and of Buddhist and Hindu beliefs (Wikipedia)
📌 WHAT IS IT KNOWN FOR? The Sanctuary of Truth is the largest wood building in Thailand that uses only wood to build it in the ancient Thai carpenter style. Inside this sanctuary, there are wood statues and wood carving pieces that tell the philosophy of life. (TourismThailand)
📌 WHAT'S INSIDE? Aside from the biggest temple, you can also enjoy a lot of activities such as Elephant Riding, Boat Riding, Horse Riding, and many more. A number of Restaurants and stores are also available inside.

SHOUT OUT TO Philippine Airlines

It was last quarter of last year that Philippine Airlines restarted their Cebu-Bangkok International Flight. It was then the start of PadThai cravings season! Everybody traveled to Thailand to again experience the beauty of culture, and food, and enjoy Thai Food and Thai Hospitality. Luckily this year, I was able to cross out this item from my bucket list.
