The Queen City of the South Finally Meets Her King

  1. for some reason i filed a large complaint to ayala branch burger king, i thought it was handled and I was invited to get a take out order for my family and was given a code to use and several text messages to confirm from a so called burger king support support team. I want to your burger king in cebu and was made to wait an hour for nothing! I was told the code was correct and the number on my phone that texted me was correct as well. Yet nobody did anything to give me my free meal I was offered? I had now wasted another trip to the mall costing me over 300 more pesos and 2 more hours of my time and another 1 hour of my time waiting! the manager had nooooo regard for my time or the complete harassment I had to deal with on this matter for waiting and money wasted yet again! I will never go to your ayala branch or any other burger king store every again after this! the manager even gave me an email to file a complaint about the issue but yet not one response after another 4 weeks? And in return when I contacted your stupid customer service number that was texting me I was sent many racial insults against my american race? Your burger king company is an american franchise and you and all your customer support should be terminated and get out of the philippines if this is how you handle complaints bout your foods not being in stock or of good quality! Im reporting this matter across all philippines branches as of today and I'm also bringing this matter up to the american franchise directly so they can see how their franchises are being managed over seas and what your opinions of americans really are! if you need to contact me my email is abbaseballnut@hotmail.com and my cell is 09224334045, if you do contact me then I suggest you find a way to prove that your real this time and not some insulting jerk playing a game with me.

    1. Poor Bradlee . Sad to hear about what happened to you at Burger King Cebu. But it seems like you lack some details on your concern. You indicated that the manager is not attending to your concern. However you also stated that the manager has provided you an email address so you can directly report your concerns to the support group. It would be better if you also put the summary of your conversation with the support instead of harsh words ... Just a concerned netizen ...
