Cebu's Premier Awarding Body for Bloggers, The Best Cebu Blogs Awards (BCBA) is officially opening its nomination tomorrow, September 23, 2013. Cebu-based Bloggers who are living the Queen City of the South for three months have the chance of nominating their own blogs for at least two niches or categories. On it's 6th year, BCBA has been recognizing Cebu's top Bloggers from different niches such as Technology, Personal, Travel, Food, Fashion, Photo and Entertainment.

Top 10 Famous Cebu Blogs
Cebu-based Bloggers can nominate themselves or other Cebu-based bloggers by filling-up the nomination page via this link: www.bestcebublogs.com/nominations/.
- Nomination starts on September 23, 2013 to October 21, 2013.
- Last year’s Top 5 Winners won’t be allowed to be nominated this year. He or she can come back to the nominee’s list by next year.
- On October 28, 2013, Blogs will be shortlisted to 20 according to this Criteria: 30 % – Number of Facebook Likes at Best Cebu Blogs of 2013 Fan Page ; 35 % – Nominated Blog’s Page Rank ; 35 % – Nominated Blog’s Alexa and Domain Authority
- Best Cebu Blogs of 2013 Fan Page LIKE activity duration starts from the approval of Nomination until October 27, 2013.
- Top 10 Nominees are required to make Pre-Event post of the Best Cebu Blogs of 2013 Awarding Ceremony which contains requirements to be sent through email.
- Winners will be announced through email, Best Cebu Blogs of 2013 Fan Page post and through special blog post in this site on December 7, 2013.

Best Cebu Blogs by Niche
- Top 10 Best Cebu Blogs nominees are automatically included in Best Cebu Blogs by Niche Awards.
- Last year’s Winners won’t be allowed to be nominated this year. He or she can come back to the nominee’s list by next year.
- On October 28, 2013, nominees will be shortlisted to 5 basing on the category defined which is initially be judged by BCB2013 Committees.

Best Cebu Technology Blog – BCBA is looking for this year’s best blog that features relevant technology information and updates.
Best Cebu Personal Blog – BCBA is looking for this year’s best blog that has multiple categories or features personal opinions.
Best Cebu Travel Blog – BCBA is looking for this year’s best blog which features places, travel experiences and anything related to travelling.
Best Cebu Food Blog – BCBA is looking for this year’s best blog which main topic is about food.
Best Cebu Fashion Blog – BCBA is looking for this year’s best blog which focuses mainly on fashion and lifestyle.
Best Cebu Photo Blog – BCBA is looking for this year’s best blog which focuses mainly on photo blogging.
Best Cebu Entertainment Blog – BCBA is looking for this year’s best blog which focuses mainly on entertainment and events.
4. Top 5 Nominees in each niche are required to make Pre-Event post of the Best Cebu Blogs of 2013 Awarding Ceremony which contains requirements to be sent through email. If the nominee happens to be part of the Top 10 Famous Cebu Blogs, he or she does not require posting pre-event article twice.
5. Judging for the Best Cebu Blogs by Niche is based on the Criteria for Judging detailed in below post.
- Judge’s decisions are irrevocable and final.
- Winners will be announced through email, Best Cebu Blogs of 2013 Fan Page post and trough special blog post in this site on December 7, 2013.
Criteria for Judging
1. Content = 30% [Grammar, integration of photos, videos and other media, and blog's influence on its chosen niche]
2. Design and Layout = 30% [user-friendliness and appeal]
3. Relevance to NICHE = 40 % [Uniqueness of chosen Blog Niche, Presentation of Niche’s topic/article]
