Rizon Brothers (Fred and Mark) recently opened Top Silog District, a new hub for Filipino breakfast lovers. This Resto is open 24 hours and offers all kinds of Silogs, Pinoy Burgers and a special Halo-Halo which can be served with your preferred Sweetness level.
