RHR’s all-day dining restaurant Café Summit Cebu has recently rolled out its weekend lunch buffet options to provide hotel guests and mall goers an elevated dining experience.

From Friday to Sunday at 11:30 am-3:00 pm, diners can indulge in various freshly prepared gourmet treats fit for diners with diverse palates. To those who crave seafood, Café Summit houses premium seafood choices such as shrimp Valenciana, scallops, and oysters. Meatlovers on the other hand will enjoy Lechon Kawali, pork bbq, and premium short ribs, which are highlighted by prime-grade ribs and roasts. Those with a sweet tooth can also enjoy the café’s limitless pastries and desserts.

Café Summit’s lunch buffet is rated at PHP588 per person and will introduce diners to a smorgasbord of contemporary Filipino, Continental, and Asian cuisine favorites for friends, couples, and families to enjoy. Café Summit also seeks to reignite guests’ gustatory senses as they can watch the kitchen team, under the helm of head Chef Mau Dominguez, prepare their dishes from the pan to the platter.
