📌 Chef Christian Tan prepared a sumptuous 5-meal course starting with Roasted Cauliflower Salad, Pumpkin, and Pearl Couscous, Corn and Scallops Chowder Soup, Mac and Cheese, Roasted Chermoula Chicken, and Sous Vide Pork Belly.

📌  A top PH mixologist and winner of the world's #1 cream liquor, Kalel Demetrio, had served us Cebuano-focused cocktails such as Tagay, Mutiara Moringa, OG Kilat, Igat to Try (whisky sour), Maayong Buntag (Sikwati), Vudu, Wow Haw (Haw Flakes) and Lacebuana (Ube). If you asked me my reco, I would recommend OG Kilat as it is strong - just fine for me.

📌  CAVA has a breakfast menu too! You can choose from Classic Silog meals or you can also indulge in their Avocado sourdough toasts or the Salmon with Lemon & Herb Cream Cheese-- both topped with a poached egg!
