Cebuanos are known for their SUTUKIL or STK preparation of Seafood. STK stands for Sugba (Grilled), Tuwa (Soup), and Kilaw (Raw) seafood dishes. In Uno, we will surely enjoy this kind of delightful meal.
Moreover, since Uno is offering a wide choice of Seafood dishes, one station is my favorite, and not to mention I finished at least 4 plates of it. And I am talking about their Salmon station! Salmon has been my favorite aside from Shrimp and Scallops and yesterday, I was able to try at least 5 different preparations of Salmon such as Smoked Salmon in Blini's, Salmon Tartar, Salmon Tataki, Smoked Salmon with Condiments, and Salmon Sashimi. Among these, Smoked Salmon with Codinments is the best as if it will melt in your mouth - HEAVEN!
Moreover of this experience, you should also try the Grilling station for fresh seafood such as Shrimp, and other kinds of Fish. The Fresh Bucket station is also a must-try as the freshness of Crabs, and Scallops will surely live inside your stomach for good!
