Cebu's very own German-inspired Restaurant, German Haus has finally opened it's door to all Cebuanos and tourists in town.  They served traditional German dishes such as their best seller Jagerschnitzel, Rinder Braten, Rinderroulade and Schnitzel among others, during lunch and dinner in very affordable prices. Interior-wise, German Haus is a chill restaurant. It has an Al Fresco area overlooking the City sites. This Resto is a good venue for an intimate dinner or a date with family and barkadas. 



Together with other Cebu Food Bloggers, FaceCebu.Net was able to taste these German Foods and one of the favorites is the so called Rinderroulade or Homemade Beef Roulade with Red wine sauce, red cabbage German Style and Parsley served with potato.

We started with special drinks and our picks are these favs:

And the most awaited part of the dinner, the Main Dishes,

Homemade Beef roulade with red wine sauce, red cabbage German style and Parsley served with potato

Hungarian Sausage

Jagerschnitzel with mushroom sauce served with fries

Roast Beef with red wine sauce served with red cabbage and homemade potato dumplings

And for the dessert, this ended our tummy so full!



German Haus is open for buffets on parties and special celebrations. On January 17 and 18, they are opening a Buffet for Sinulog Festival in a good price. Check them out during these days!
