This is it, yesterday was a blast to all Cebuanos in the country. Sea of people from different area of the Queen city Of the South, Cebu was observed. Not just that, all walk of life celebrated with the grand fiesta of Snr. Sto. Niño. In line with the celebration is the Sinulog Festival 2013 Grand Mardi Gras ( Grand Parade)
