If you're craving for international dishes especially for Thai Dishes, head out to Soi Restaurant Seaside! Operating in just less than a year in Cebu, Soi Restaurant Seaside offers more than just aromatic essences but true authentic dishes!
Soi gives exotic flavors and spices but prolly acceptable to Filipino tongues. Soi Thai Seaside opened last July 13, 2016 and is the third branch outside Manila. Aside from familiar interiors, the Restaurant is dubbed as the home of the Authentic Pad Thai and Sukothai - their best sellers! Now, let me give you a tour during our Bloggers day yesterday!
While waiting for the other Bloggers to arrive, we were given a welcome treat, hot & spicy peanuts and chips! Then Appetizers were prepared in the table.
Then a group of Salad was the best that happened to me personally. My favorite is the Duck Salad - I tasted a familiar lechon or chicken like appreciation.
Of course, the food tasting won't be complete without the Soup! In this course, I recommend the Tom Yam Talei but be careful with your allergies - I'm talking about shrimp dish here! (wink)
After such, we enjoyed the main dishes! I got a lot of faves here! But I suggest you try their specialties, the Pad Kee Mao, Chicken Leg Barbecue and of course, Chicken Satay - Obviously I love Chicken Dishes!
Let us complete the dish with Soi's Signature Rice Dishes! You got a lot of choices but I tasted and strongly recommend Crab Meat Fried Rice, Bagoong Rice and Vegetarian Rice!
But if you don't feel like eating and just want to fight the heat of summer, you can order Soi's Healthy Drinks such as Lemon Grass (my favorite and please let them serve this with lots of ice), Pandan ice tea and Pandan Juice. Each pitcher is good for 3-4 persons.
