January 11, 2014 - Amidst the non-stop rain and bad weather, dancers from different schools who participated for Sinulog Sa Kabataan sa Lalawigan 2014 did not stop in dedicating their effort to Cebu's very own, Snr. Sto. Nino.  Kudos to all participants and to the winners.
