"Our Sipa King's Dumpling is our signature dish, which is best served with our home-made sauce" said Brian Padilla, Sipa King's Manager. "For Budget meals, a value meals are also available." he added. As of now, Sipa King cannot provide Delivery service but can serve a reservation requests from consumers.
