Last week, we just got back our power in our area. Thank God I created a repair ticket in advance - days after Typhoon Odette struck the Visayas and Mindanao. With this special article, I will show you the steps how to report a repair online using PLDT Home Channels.

STEP BY STEP. 

Here's a quick guide on how to report a repair on your PLDT Home internet without calling 171.

1. Open your Facebook and search for PLDT Home or you may click this LINK.

2. Click Message and send MENU

3. Click Report a Problem

4. Enter your area code and telephone number (ex. 0288888171)

5. Enter your 10-digit PLDT account number (ex. 0222233311)

6. Wait for your repair ticket number

How to follow up on existing repair ticket numbers?

1. Open your Facebook and search for PLDT Home or you may click this LINK.

2. Click Message and send MENU

3. Click Follow up and Choose Repair

4. Then wait for the details to be sent via chat or wait for the available Agent.

Weeks before Christmas of 2021, the VisMin regions of the Philippines were struck by Typhoon Odette (international name, RAI). Millions of Victims are still suffering from the aftermath of the storm, thousands were injured while hundreds of death were listed. It is very hard but Pinoys are known to be resilient and soon, we will rise again. And of course, Bayanihan will always be here even without calamity, Pinoys are known to help in their own ways. Just like our friends from ResCute Operation, they've been consistent since the pandemic -  and this time, they're helping by sending 300 packs of relief goods and some essentials to Cebu Victims of Typhoon Odette.

With the help from Philippine Span Asia Carrier Corp. (PSACC), ResCute Operation sent 147 Big Boxes of packages to Cebu specifically to Cebu City, Mandaue City and Oslob. These packs contain drinking water, canned goods, noodles, coffees, and other essentials which are very helpful for all victims to somehow help overcome their daily needs.

Of course, this Bayanihan won't be possible without the help from our Generous Donors in ResCute Operation and the Cuties who made the packing from morning to night (Acee and his team! Mwah), our brothers in Cebu who made all paper and groundworks (shout out to Ian Tecson, Ramil and Jescheric Ybanez - they don't want to be named but personally, THANK YOU SO MUCH!)

Local tourism is slowly getting back to its feet! The same thing to the municipality of Borbon, Cebu. Borbon is situated in the northern part of Cebu which is known for its flat areas - good for farming and raising animals. But other than this, do you know it's now known for the Big Ship at the top of the mountain? Yes, we are talking about S/V Master's Dragon Peak!

If you are going there in a private car, you can use waze or google map and find Master's Dragon Peak.

But if you are going there in a commute, from the main highway, you can ask "Habal-Habal" Driver going to Master's Dragon Peak.
