Circa 1900 also features international cuisine that pays respect to the Filipino culinary heritage by drawing influences through the use of the local ingredients. Majority of the vegetables and herbs are grown within the garden, adopting the sustainable practice of lessening the travel of ingredients through the practice of farm to fork or from garden to table.
