If Christmas season starts to fill your Homes that means another special affair is fast approaching for Cebuanos. Here in Cebu, we celebrate the longest Holiday fever ever! On December and January, there are Christmas and New Year but on the third week of January, we also fetes Sinulog Festival, the grandest in the country! On that week, we will witness the crowning of Cebu's loveliest and brightest Cebuana with her title as Miss Cebu 2016.
