Participated by estimated 31 Nationalities/Countries, Cobra Ironman 70.3 went successful as it heralded international professional athletes as new winners for this year at the Shangri-La Mactan Resort and Spa, Lapu-Lapu City.

Men - Individual Category:

1st Place - Pete Jacobs. He also joined the Ironman Lake Placid two weeks ago. He finished at 4:07:38
2nd Place - Cameron Browne. He finished at 4:08:52 and he was declared third placer last year for Ironman 70.3

3rd Place - Mathieu O’Halloran who represents Philippines. He got the first spot in the following: Zambales Beach Games Triathlon, Bantayan Beach Games Triathlon and 2012 Pico de Loro Triathlon


Women - Category:

1st Place - Caroline Steffen (Switzerland) She placed sixt overall.
2nd Place - Bree Wee (USA)
3rd Place - Belinda Granger (Australia) She was the defending champion.


Local artists and celebrities also joined the event such as Kim Atienza, Piolo Pascual, Matteo Guidicelli and Ms Pia Cayetano.
