30-Day Payment extension for PLDT, Smart and SUN Postpaid Subscribers

Unity and solidarity have been common to Filipinos in times of need and crisis. We've seen medical donations left and right from private sectors for all the Philippines frontliners of this pandemic nCov-19. Last Sunday, the country's top 3 internet provider announced that they will be giving 30-day extension for the payment of all PLDT, SMART and SUN postpaid subscribers which comes handy for consumers who are currently in quarantine and doing work from home. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The 30-day bill extension period begins from the consumer's due date.

" We know how important it is for you and your family to stay connected during these difficult times of the COVID-10 outbreak. So, we’ve put in place a 30-day payment extension period for all our postpaid customers of PLDT Home, PLDT Enterprise, Smart, and Sun postpaid.

We hope this enables you to work and study from home and get the latest information that will help you take the right actions in caring for the health and wellness of your loved ones. "
