It's been 8 years since we wrote about Steffi Rose Pearson Aberasturi in her Pageant Journey, from Sinulog Festival Queen 2011 to be named as Miss Mandaue 2013 and then crowned as Binibining Cebu 2018! Yes, indeed she is born a QUEEN! Cebu is very proud to have her represent in the upcoming Miss Universe Philippines 2021!

Yesterday, candidates of the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 were obliged to do the pageant’s runway challenge. 75 videos were uploaded in their official mobile app for voting. Out of these 75 candidates, 50 will be chosen to do the next level of the competition until 30 remains for the Pageant Night!
Speaking of Runway Challenge, netizens were praising Cebu's 26-year-old representative, Ms. Steffi Rose Aberasturi on her take of the Runway Challenge. She even topped yesterday's Twitterverse! How about doing it at the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX)? The cinematography and Steffi's beauty, poise, and presence made her stood out among the rest of the candidates. Even Pageant expert, Tito Norman, approved the stint!
“After watching through 75 videos for the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Runway Challenge, I think most everyone will agree with me that the entry submitted by Steffi Pearson Aberasturi of Cebu Province is a standout. From the location to the music to the breathtaking drone shots and to the presence of this Cebuana who made a pasarela that commanded attention. Talk about slaying, she nailed this one almost effortlessly,” Tito Norman said.

2. Open the MUPH app and go to the voting tab by tapping on the star icon on the lower left part of your screen.
3. Watch the video by tapping the play icon. Vote by pressing the star icon on our Cebuana delegate’s video.
Mechanics:
-Each MUPH App user can cast ONE vote per day for any delegate during the voting period.
-Voting for the Runway Challenge will start today, August 9, and will officially close on August 14, 11:59 pm.
-Only the votes from the MUPH App will be counted. Social media likes, reactions, shares, views will have no bearing in the selection of the Top 50.
